- Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver user training sessions to ensure efficient use of IT resources and promote a culture of technical excellence.
- Manage IT Support System: Respond to tickets and manage the IT support system to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Install and Configure Systems: Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware and software.
- Oversee System Performance: Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues to ensure optimal uptime and efficiency.
- Administer Cloud Platforms: Administer systems like Google Cloud, Office 365, and other similar platforms to ensure seamless operation.
- Monitor Critical Systems: Monitor and maintain critical systems such as servers and cloud services to prevent downtime and ensure business continuity.
- Analyze Performance Data: Collect and analyze data to optimize system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure Network Connectivity: Ensure network connectivity throughout the site's LAN/WAN infrastructure to support business operations.
- Develop Technical Documentation: Build and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT operating procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field, or two to four years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Cloud Platform Experience: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $95,000 USD and a comprehensive benefits package.
