Fox Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced and competent Site Manager to lead our roofing projects in the Soham area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement site-specific health and safety plans to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Supervise the installation of roofing systems, ensuring compliance with manufacturer's instructions and specifications.
- Monitor and control the quality of work, ensuring that all roofing activities are carried out to the highest standards.
- Manage and coordinate the work of roof workers and sub-contractors, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to budget.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager and Senior Structural Engineer to ensure that all roofing projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- CSCS certification
- HNC in Building or equivalent NVQ Level
- Knowledge of roofing products and systems
- CITB SMSTS Certificate
- First Aid at work certification
- Asbestos Awareness Training
- Work at Height Training
- Scaffold Awareness
- Full Driving Licence
- 5 years of roofing expertise in all aspects of roof infrastructure works, including flat, pitched, associated works, and specialist roofing systems.
