Housing Legal Advisor

Engage with legal frameworks and relevant authorizations; Collaborate with the Joint Legal Services Department to assess if any Court Orders require modification.


  • When interacting with private legal representatives, ensure that all applicable fees for the information provided are settled.
  • Guarantee that any pertinent intelligence is shared while adhering to intelligence management protocols to safeguard the source of such information.
  • Accountable for the release of pertinent information to authorized entities when an employee of that entity faces legal action, in compliance with organizational policies, national standards, and common law principles.
  • Familiarity with the Data Protection Act is essential.
  • A solid understanding of risk management practices is required.
  • Demonstrated capability to analyze, input, and manage data within databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly 'Word'.
