About the Role

Nested is revolutionizing the traditional estate agency model in the UK. Our innovative approach empowers agents to unlock their full earning potential and drive innovation in the industry.

As a Nested Area Partner, you'll be responsible for developing and executing your local strategy, marketing tactics, and business growth plan. With the autonomy to work independently, you'll have the freedom to grow your own estate agency business in the area you know best.

You'll be supported by Nested's comprehensive marketing resources, including:

  • Marketing support for door-to-door canvassing, direct mail, and local advertising
  • Access to a team of marketing professionals for guidance and support

This is a unique opportunity to build a successful estate agency business while being part of a values-driven organization with ambitious growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a local business growth strategy
  • Manage a marketing budget to generate leads and build a local valuation machine
  • Align with the Nested brand and customer-centric approach
  • Utilize a market-leading customer app to provide exclusive property insights and manage viewings
  • Participate in a values-driven organization with a strong focus on diversity and inclusion

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in residential property sales, valuations, and customer service
  • Strong business acumen and marketing skills
  • Alignment with the Nested brand and values
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
