About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our care team, ensuring that our service users receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing a team of care workers to ensure that our service users receive high-quality care and support.
  • Ensuring that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.
  • Compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to our service users.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
  • Registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
