We are currently seeking an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our client's structural steel workshops in the New Milton area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MIG welding tasks with high precision and quality.
  • Assist in the fabrication of steel structures, including industrial buildings, aircraft hangars, and other large-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in quality control checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication.
  • Knowledge of TIG welding is a plus, but not essential.
  • CSCS card is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £17.00 to £18.00, depending on experience.
  • Opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop skills in a dynamic industry.
  • Standard full-time contracted hours: 06:30 - 16:00, Monday - Friday.
  • Overtime is available and paid at x1.3 and x1.5 on a Saturday morning.
  • Annual salary ranges between £48,000 - £54,000 when overtime is worked.
