We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lettings Advisor to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a Lettings Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our customers find their dream homes and providing exceptional service to our clients.

A Typical Day in the Life of a Lettings Advisor

  • Meet with colleagues at a daily morning meeting to discuss updates and share knowledge
  • Build relationships with landlords and tenants to understand their property requirements and connect them with suitable properties
  • Arrange and attend viewings/open days, providing friendly advice and a welcoming service to customers
  • Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance and drive sales
  • Work closely with customers to understand their goals and help them achieve their objectives
  • Hand over keys to satisfied customers and see the smile on their face as they start their new journey

Requirements

The Package

  • Basic Salary: £21,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings first 2 months)
  • On Target Earnings: £25,000 - £30,000
  • Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off) – Monday to Friday 08.30 – 17.30, Saturday 09.00 – 17.00
