We are seeking a skilled Laundry Assistant to join our Housekeeping Team at Ideal Carehomes. As a Laundry Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our luxury care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the efficient operation of the laundry facility, ensuring that all resident's garments and linen are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping Team to ensure that all areas of the care home are clean and tidy.
  • Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the laundry facility, including the sorting, washing, drying, and folding of laundry.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00, plus paid breaks.
  • A consistent shift pattern of 3 on/3 off, with great hours (9am-3pm) to fit in around family life.
