Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Orion Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing expert cost planning and procurement services to support our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Planning: Develop and implement cost plans for construction projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including tendering, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
  • Commercial Evaluation: Evaluate tenders and negotiate contracts to ensure best value for money.
  • Cost Data Management: Capture, record, and utilize cost data for future procurements and reporting.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate commercial risks during the procurement phase.
