  • Hours: 30 hours per week, with on-call responsibilities every 4 weeks

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting personalized keywork sessions aimed at helping clients maintain their housing and implement constructive life changes.
  • Ensuring the safety and security of facilities while promptly addressing any maintenance concerns.
  • Fostering relationships with essential partner organizations, including the National Probation Service and local law enforcement.
  • Performing comprehensive needs and risk assessments to tailor support to individual client requirements.
  • Creating and implementing support plans focused on reducing re-offending rates and collaborating closely with criminal justice entities.
