Main Responsibilities:- Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate resources, including materials, labor, and subcontractors, to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all projects are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations and best practices, and that all team members are aware of and comply with these regulations.
- Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the project outcomes.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of project coordinators, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality projects.
- Experience: Proven experience in project coordination, management, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMP, would be an advantage.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building control laws, and CDM regulations would be an advantage.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with project management software, such as Asana or Trello.
