Essential Pharma is seeking a highly experienced MSAT Director to lead the MSAT function and drive business strategy. As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing people, leading process optimization, and owning tech transfer for established mature medicines, preclinical and clinical stage assets.

You will lead and develop the MSAT team, driving projects forward and working with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals. You will partner with CMOs to ensure the delivery of key projects and provide overall accountability for the tech transfer process.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality, and providing ongoing technical support to address process deviations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Proven leadership experience of small teams and partner management of CMOs / CDMOs

Extensive pharmaceutical industry experience with biologics and/or small molecule manufacturing

Strong background in driving process development and technology transfer working with partners to ensure project milestones are delivered in line with company strategy
