About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physiotherapist to join our Pelvic Health team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized Physiotherapy services to support patients with a variety of pelvic floor conditions.
  • Work with a diverse caseload, including obstetric musculoskeletal, urogynaecology, and colorectal conditions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) case discussions and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines.
  • Supervise Physiotherapy students and provide mentorship to junior staff members.
  • Contribute to service development, audit, and clinical governance initiatives.
Requirements
  • Degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience in the NHS, with a focus on Pelvic Health.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think laterally.
  • Desirable: Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and the Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) association.
