Job Description

Culina Logistics is a leading provider of integrated supply chain services and expertise for food and drink products that require strict refrigerated temperatures.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transport Operations Administrator to join our Stafford Transport team on a full-time permanent basis.

As a Transport Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and accurate data, with the ability to work to deadlines to contribute to the overall success of the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Debrief drivers and ensure accurate completion of timesheets and PODs.
  • Scanning and storing PODs using Culina's document management system.
  • Preparing drivers' wallets and issuing delivery notes in drop sequence.
  • Answering telephone inquiries and assisting with customer requests.
  • Downloading drivers' cards and tachographs.
  • Communicating estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) to Customer Services.
  • Updating spreadsheets, including change-overs, run summaries, and trailer check sheets.
  • Departing and completing loads using the Transport Management System (TMS).
  • Ensuring all uplifts are dispatched in correct loads.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
  • Effective prioritization of workload to meet set deadlines.
  • Good standard of computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
  • Able to work as part of a team or individually.
