We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us take the business to the next level. You will have the opportunity to work with knowledgeable recruiters in the West Midlands area and work on exciting projects.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency
  • Construction knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates

  • A desire to succeed
  • Ability to work as part of a team
