Job Summary

We are recruiting enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable carers for day and night shifts, including weekends, within our service area. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients, working in partnership with our specialist nurse-led teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients with complex healthcare needs
  • Work collaboratively with our specialist nurse-led teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Right to work in the UK
