We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Temporary Porter Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal belongings in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction with visitors and staff is positive and memorable
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment by delivering customer goods
  • Support the smooth operation of the facility by assisting with the movement of equipment, supplies, and furniture as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring an efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  2. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently, utilising your own initiative to prioritise tasks effectively
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all areas are clean, organised, and presentable
