About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Financial Services Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the provision of high-quality financial services to our stakeholders, including service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the provision of financial services, ensuring stakeholders receive relevant, accurate, and timely financial advice and information.
  • Manage and oversee the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Charitable Funds, Treasury Management, Technical Accounts, and Capital.
  • Ensure the Financial Services section operates in accordance with robust documented financial procedures, processing all relevant financial transactions with completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Act on issues of non-compliance with financial procedures to remove weaknesses and improve control systems.
  • Prepare Annual Accounts notes and FTC submissions, as well as data for inclusion in the Trust's NHSE returns.
  • Participate in the FSD/FFF steering group as an active member.
