We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation and Financial Services Leader to join our team at Pro-Recruitment. As a key member of our Corporate Tax Team, you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio for tax advisory services, maintaining communication with internal specialists and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Complex Tax Audits: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure thorough documentation and compliance with standards.
- Provide Tax Advice: Offer detailed tax advice tailored to client needs and company procedures.
- Mentor and Delegate: Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Address Audit Issues: Address various audit issues, including international tax risks and the implications of regulatory changes.
- Contribute to Team Development: Contribute to the technical and personal development of the local or regional tax team.
Requirements
- Qualifications: CTA/ACCA/ACA qualification
- Experience: Relevant experience in audit of tax and audit risk
- Relationship Building: Prior experience in developing and maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
