About Us:

We are a Sheffield-based charity that provides free specialist therapy and counselling services to women who have experienced abuse and trauma. With a 37-year track record of helping women in Sheffield, we are committed to delivering high-quality support to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of our organisational strategy
  • Drive income growth and secure funding opportunities
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our Board of Trustees to ensure effective governance
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the continued success of our charity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of leadership at CEO or senior director level
  • Excellent knowledge of organisational development and income growth
  • Collaborative leadership skills with the ability to bring out the best in a team
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic senior relationships
  • Commitment to anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive practices and women-only services

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000 plus an 8% pension contribution. As a hybrid role, you will work from home for 3 days a week and be based in Sheffield for the remaining 2 days.
