Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Property Solicitor to join our client's team in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all property-related transactions, providing legal advice on property acquisitions and disposals, and reviewing legal documents related to property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate property transactions from start to finish
  • Provide expert legal advice on property acquisitions and disposals to clients and stakeholders
  • Review and analyze legal documents related to property management, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and ensure smooth property transactions
  • Collaborate with external solicitors and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
  • Proven track record of working in property teams and managing complex transactions
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
