We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at Severn Trent Water. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our sewer blockage reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze feedback from our field teams to identify potential risks to the accuracy of our reporting.
- Review and analyze the outputs of our assurance checks to identify early changes in trends that may indicate a risk to the accuracy of our reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate specific risks and monitor delivery.
- Build and maintain expert knowledge of blockage reporting requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on blockage reporting to the business.
- Facilitate external audit sessions and provide assurance to stakeholders at senior levels in the business.
- Produce weekly reporting figures for the performance team.
- Collaborate with improvement analysts and operational teams to drive continuous improvement of operational feedback.
- Support the Performance Team in understanding trends and assurance impact.
