Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Repairs and Contracts Management Specialist to join our team. This role will involve managing, leading, and influencing a team of Repairs and Contracts Officers to maximize income by ensuring effective management of rented garages and voids. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing internal and external contracts for the day-to-day repairs and refurbishment of non-residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and influence a team of Repairs and Contracts Officers to achieve optimal performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize income from rented garages and voids.
- Oversee the management of internal and external contracts for repairs and refurbishment projects.
- Ensure that all services meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with other teams within Novax Recruitment Ltd, including finance and asset management, to resolve customer inquiries and improve service delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing policies, procedures, and processes.
