The impact you will have as the Director of Customer Relations
The Director of Customer Relations plays a vital role within the organization, responsible for overseeing the governance of complaint management, minimizing reputational risks, ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman, and monitoring our performance against Tenant Satisfaction metrics.
This role requires you to cultivate a relationship with The Housing Ombudsman, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided, and implementing any necessary improvements based on feedback.
You will collaborate across the organization to support and lead key initiatives aimed at enhancing our complaint management processes and customer satisfaction, with a strong emphasis on fostering a culture of accountability and shared responsibility.
Additionally, you will provide our Executive Team and Governance Community with assurance that we are learning from customer feedback and keeping them informed about the changes made to our service delivery as a result.
About You
This is a crucial role at Riverside, and we seek an individual with a proven track record of effectively leading, managing, and inspiring teams at a senior level, including driving team performance to meet objectives.
We are also looking for someone with experience in managing a substantial casework operation to high standards, ensuring efficiency, impact, and exceptional customer service.
