Job Summary:

We are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for business development, building relationships, and winning business with senior executives at top FinTech firms. You will also be responsible for finding candidates for those organizations, building relationships with them to find them the perfect new role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business development and relationship building with senior executives at top FinTech firms
  • Identifying and sourcing candidates for FinTech organizations
  • Building relationships with candidates to find them the perfect new role
  • Working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of the FinTech market and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • London based (or open to relocating to the city)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong business development and relationship building skills

What We Offer:

  • Uncapped earning potential with a base salary of £26,000 + commission (average OTE £50,000 - £70,000)
  • Fast progression opportunities with many senior leaders starting as consultants and progressing to leadership roles within 12-18 months
