Credit Controller

We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our team at Nationwide Platforms. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for the collection of aged debt and ensuring compliance with our risk insurance policy.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Collection: Pro-actively collect cash through telephone, email, and dunning letters.
- Dispute Management: Manage disputes and ensure timely resolution.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with our risk insurance policy and ongoing credit and risk assessment.
- Reporting: Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc management reporting.
- Action Plans: Implement action plans to facilitate collection of overdue and over-exposed balances.
- Previous experience in Credit Control or a similar environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Computer literate.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
