The Role

The Employment Law team is highly esteemed for its representation of both Employers and Senior Executives.

This senior position will primarily focus on providing guidance to senior executives in various sectors, including finance, sports, corporate, media, retail, education, and charitable organizations. Additionally, there may be opportunities to advise employer clients and engage in safeguarding initiatives within the education and sports sectors.

As a senior member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Advising senior executives and partners on transitioning into new roles, navigating employment challenges, and exiting employment.
  2. Guiding senior executives and partners through employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
  3. Representing executives and partners facing allegations related to breaches of fiduciary duties, confidentiality, or other employment-related issues.
  4. Managing Employment Tribunal litigation.
  5. Overseeing larger projects, such as collective redundancy consultations.
  6. Collaborating with the Commercial and Corporate teams on employment due diligence and TUPE regulations.

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Employment Solicitor with 4 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)

Proven track record of advising senior executives at the highest levels

Strong academic background
