Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and clinical direction to the nursing team.
- Ensure that the highest standards of patient care are maintained.
- Manage the clinic's nursing budget and resources.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
- Supervise the training and development of the nursing team.
- Represent the clinic at professional meetings and events.
- Leadership experience required.
- Experience in dermatology is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Hours: 40 hours per week, sociable hours
Employment: Permanent
