Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader Back Of House to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen, delivering exceptional food quality and guest service, and leading your team to achieve our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional food quality and guest service
  • Ensure the kitchen is operating efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Monitor and control food costs, stock levels, and inventory management
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen operations, productivity, and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to brand standards
  • Monitor and report on kitchen performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food or casual dining industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
