Job Description

City Resource Ltd is currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join their team. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out multi-drop deliveries across the UK
  • Ensuring accurate, safe, and timely deliveries of temperature-controlled goods
  • Performing daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and the load is secure

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK
  • A valid HGV 2 licence with no more than 6 penalty points
  • At least 1 year of current HGV 2 driving experience, preferably with multi-drop experience
  • CPC and digi-tacho certification
  • Physical fitness for manual handling of heavy goods

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver temperature-controlled goods to various locations across the UK
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and load security
  • Manage multi-drop deliveries efficiently and safely

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV 2 licence
  • Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK
