Your Work Schedule:

40.5 hours weekly, including working 2 out of 3 weekend days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a customer-centric and sales-driven team.
  • Collaborating with the Cluster Manager to recruit new team members, including conducting interviews.
  • Effectively communicating daily and weekly targets and KPIs to team members.
  • Providing constructive feedback to team members regarding sales performance.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment for customers.
  • Leading by example by delivering outstanding service to all customers.
  • Professionally addressing customer feedback and reporting it to the Cluster Manager.
  • Coaching and developing team members to enhance their performance.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures related to Security, Health & Safety, and GDPR are accessible and understood by staff to minimize risks.
  • Conducting staff performance reviews, establishing performance development plans, and setting KPIs.
  • Embodying the company's values and setting a positive example in terms of appearance, behavior, punctuality, and attendance.
