Exam Proctors

We are seeking diligent and responsible Exam Invigilators to join our supply pool on a casual basis.

• Supervise students during examinations to ensure compliance with examination regulations.
• Prepare examination venues by arranging seating and verifying that all necessary materials are in place.
• Remain vigilant throughout the examination, monitoring for any signs of misconduct or irregularities.
• Facilitate the distribution and collection of examination papers and materials in a timely manner.
• Provide assistance to students as required, while maintaining the integrity of the examination process.
• Report any incidents or issues to the appropriate authorities promptly and accurately.

• A minimum of a GCSE in English, Maths and Science.
• Be over the age of 18.
• Previous experience in an educational or supervisory role is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict guidelines meticulously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with students and staff.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during examinations.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in academic processes.
