Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that meet client briefs and project requirements.
  • Produce detailed architectural drawings and specifications, ensuring that they are accurate and meet regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design intent and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring that our projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • ARB registered
  • Significant experience in an UK-based architectural practice.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to sustainable design and environmentally responsible practices.
  • Strong proficiency using AutoCAD and Revit.
