We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Assistant to join our team at Bowen Eldridge Recruitment. As a Tax Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their tax needs.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Prepare and submit personal tax returns and forms P11D to HMRC.
- Prepare corporation tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Calculate and submit Capital Gains Tax (CGT) returns within the 60-day deadline.
- Manage general correspondence with HMRC, resolving any issues or queries efficiently.
- Provide advisory services to clients on personal tax matters, as well as other tax-related issues.
- Review business tax computations for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
- Collaborate with the tax team to provide assistance and support as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest tax software and update internal databases accordingly.
