As a mobile technician, you will be responsible for delivering both scheduled and emergency maintenance services across various client locations.

It is essential that you possess the capability to work independently on a wide range of HVAC systems, ensuring that all equipment is restored to operational status as per company obligations.

Your responsibilities will include executing planned maintenance tasks to the highest standards, following the master schedule as directed by management or the administrative team.


  • Respond to and manage reactive maintenance tasks assigned by the help desk.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and commissioning of diverse HVAC systems, including basic plumbing, piping, controls, and electrical components.
  • Complete electronic documentation and related paperwork detailing hours worked and tasks accomplished each day.
  • Adhere to company and client policies regarding health, safety, and environmental practices in the workplace.
  • Evaluate risks associated with each task to ensure that work is conducted to the highest safety standards.
  • Contribute to enhancing communication and assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the department.
Qualifications:

C&G 2079 (F-Gas) Certificate along with formal training in Air Conditioning is required.


  • Related electrical knowledge with a formal qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic plumbing and piping knowledge and experience would be beneficial.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the HVAC sector with a comprehensive understanding of various commercial Air Conditioning systems and related technologies is essential.

The ability to work autonomously and take initiative with minimal supervision is crucial.


Equipment and Facilities:

You will be responsible for the proper maintenance and care of all vehicles, materials, tools, and equipment provided by the company.


Training:

The candidate should be open to participating in any training and personal development as deemed necessary by management, including ongoing technical and legislative updates on all relevant building services topics.
