Job Title: Intervention Executive - Progression and Support for Professional Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Intervention Executive to join our team at The Graduate. As an Intervention Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their cases, ensuring they receive the necessary information and support.
  • Process and analyze client information, identifying key issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, negotiating settlements and resolving complex issues.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the insurance, claims, or property sectors, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • IT literate, with experience using internal systems and software.
