About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at HSBC. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering best-in-class customer-centric marketing communications across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and manage the marketing planning and approval process
  • Work with the CRM team to maximize opportunities through different channels and create highly personalized communications
  • Ensure all marketing activity is fully measurable, identifying opportunities to reduce budget, resource, or process steps, and creating a cycle of continuous improvement
  • Be the voice of the customer, using insights to inform decisions and create good outcomes for customers
  • Identify opportunities to build your own capability through self-development and coaching
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered in a consistent and compliant manner, coordinating governance and operational issues, and adhering to Global Standards and relevant FIMs
Requirements
  • Competent and experienced marketer, ideally within the financial services industry
  • Experience of delivering customer-centric campaigns across different channels, with a focus on email marketing
  • Capable team member and participant, able to solve problems individually or in a group, and committed to personal development
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with good attention to detail, a passion for quality, and ability to prioritize
  • Good spoken and written communication skills, and ability to interpret numerical data
  • Ability to build great relationships with stakeholders, influencing others, and adding value
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple campaigns
