Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Educator to join our team at Wella. As a Technical Educator, you will be responsible for delivering inspirational and value-adding education across multiple touchpoints, including in-salon, via Wella Studios/Training centers, and virtually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate growth by efficiently delivering education that inspires and influences hairdressers and cultivates strong relationships with customers.
  • Gain new customers by inspiring and influencing hairdressers and cultivating strong relationships that make you the preferred partner over other manufacturers.
  • Build education reach and awareness through social media activations that empower community engagement.
  • Commit to invest in your capability enabling you to perform with excellence as well as being the center of expertise for your sales team.

Requirements:

  • You have a proactive and personalized approach to in-salon training, collective seminars, and virtual classroom, always inspiring professionals to maximize the opportunity each client brings.
  • You have strong ability to efficiently change behavior through education.
  • You co-ride with your sales team, supporting them with new customer contacts, joint gain visits, and execute activities defined to reach gain targets.
  • You demonstrate fluent technical support in customer and sales meetings for all initiatives and product launches.
  • You are present on social media with a business account and engage with your communities to energize them to create content and drive earned awareness of education activities, product, and service innovations.
  • You create color and craft-focused content, digital edu-tainment, and always-on curriculum that drives consistent color/care/education awareness, increased reach, and community-generated content for your local brand and education accounts as well as your own business social media account.
  • You represent education internally and externally as an influential and credible face to the industry.

Professional Profile:

  • You are collaborative, working closely with your sales team to retain and support customers.
  • You nurture and develop stylists/salon owners throughout their career.
  • You have a credible connection with external partners, including artists and influencers.
