About the Role:

This exciting opportunity provides an excellent chance to join their North Yorkshire residential estate agency team, based at their busy Northallerton town centre office.

About You:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a proven track record of professionalism and excellent communication skills. A minimum of 1 year's relevant experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating offers on properties for sale and lettings, liaising between all parties, and progressing sales through to completion.
  • Preparing property particulars, agreements, everyday correspondence, and basic invoicing.
  • Booking property valuations and viewing appointments.
  • Registering purchaser and tenant details, then matching to available properties.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and being a point of contact for clients via telephone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Being organized and working well under pressure.
  • Having a valid full driving license and full-time access to a vehicle with business cover.

Working Hours:

9am - 5pm Monday-Friday and Saturdays as part of a staff rota 9am - 4pm, with time off in lieu given during the week.
