Northern Marine is seeking a seasoned VLCC Master to join our team of experienced mariners. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our Very Large Crude Carrier vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the bridge team to ensure safe navigation and compliance with maritime regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective cargo operations plans to optimize vessel performance and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless vessel operations and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 36 months of experience as a VLCC Master or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
