Main Purpose of Role

To provide administrative support to the AML Team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective communication with team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Dexter's Money Laundering Best Practices and be able to provide administrative support for the AML team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the AML Advisors to administratively manage the team workflow on Freshdesk, scanning for time-critical messages, responding to basic queries, and checking that all required documentation from offices is uploaded to Vebra/Reapit/TED for each AML ticket to speed up advisor responses.
  • Providing support to the team to action basic referrals.
  • Primarily responsible for all Amber tickets for offices where they do not have an OSCM/Senior Coordinator - Compliance.
  • Carrying out basic audits on sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants' compliance.
  • Assisting offices with Land Reg checks.
  • Administrative tasks including user setup for the various IT systems used by the team.
  • Assisting in developing and documenting best practice for the teams.
Requirements
  • Possession of a passion for customer service and upholding our service standards.
  • Previous experience within Dexters with a great track record.
  • Good knowledge of Dexters best practices.
  • Confidence to work as part of a busy helpdesk, dealing with colleagues at all levels.
  • Excellent timekeeping and absence record.
  • Enthusiastic, 'Nothing is too much trouble' attitude.
  • Smart, well-presented – upholding dress code.
  • Ambassador for the company, always acting in the best interest of the company.
