At Babcock International, we're committed to creating a safe and secure world, together. As an Aviator Auditor at our Staverton site, you'll play a critical role in supporting the Compliance Monitoring Manager (Operations) in executing the AOC FSTD ATO Audit Plan.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the Compliance Monitoring Programme requirements
* Assess adherence to aviation regulations, standards, and procedures
* Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and communicate results
* Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
* Effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
* Demonstrate strong personal management and leadership skills

**Requirements:**

* Recent experience gained in a similar aviation environment
* Understanding of, or ability to learn and absorb, the application of aviation regulations including AOC FSTD ATO
* Proficiency in audit planning, execution, and reporting, or ability to develop these skills
* Skill in evaluating potential risks and prioritizing audit areas
