Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker to join our staff bank at NHS Ayrshire and Arran.

About the Role: As a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and staff. You will work as part of a team to deliver excellent care and services, and will be expected to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care and support to patients and staff
  • Work as part of a team to deliver excellent care and services
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to be a current 2nd or 3rd year nursing or midwifery student, or an AHP student. You will also need to have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
