About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at Bromford, a leading housing association. As an Electrician, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety and security of our homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work to a high standard
  • Conduct electrical testing and inspection to ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • 18th edition or time-served electrician qualification
  • C&G Electrical Test and Inspection certificate
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
  • AM2 preferred, though not essential
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant building, housing, customer services, health and safety, regulatory, and technical legislation and best practice
  • Use of IT systems/software e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A full, clean driving license
