Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor

Vermelo RPO is seeking a skilled Commercial Insurance Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing accurate quotations for new business and renewals, helping the Branch achieve its sales and retention goals.

You will act as a valuable referral point, guiding clients with your expertise and interacting directly with them via phone and email. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will ensure that customer needs are met efficiently and effectively.

This role demands keen judgment, strong analytical abilities, and an unwavering attention to detail. You must be flexible, self-motivated, and driven to deliver outstanding customer service, adhering to your underwriting authority limits and following established procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide accurate quotations for new business and renewals.
  2. Act as a referral point for clients, guiding with expertise.
  3. Interact directly with clients via phone and email.
  4. Utilize communication and negotiation skills to meet customer needs.
  5. Adhere to underwriting authority limits and established procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance terms clearly to clients and insurers.
  2. In-depth understanding of the UK insurance market, including trends, risks, and regulatory changes.
  3. Ability to assess diverse client needs, considering industry-specific risks and business objectives.
  4. Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to manage tasks efficiently.
