Position: Business Account Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Business Account Officer to join our Business & Engineering faculty. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with employers, requiring outstanding communication skills and the ability to cultivate and sustain excellent partnerships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for communication related to key account contracts, ensuring seamless coordination of all programs delivered to our valued employers.

In addition to advocating for the college's offerings, the Business Account Officer will keep employers informed about the progress of their employees, ensuring transparency and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main liaison for employer communications.
  • Coordinate and manage programs for key account holders.
  • Promote the college's educational offerings to local businesses.
  • Provide regular updates to employers regarding employee progress.

Salary: £14,804 - £15,480 per annum (pro rata of £24,345 - £25,457)

Hours: Part-time, 22.5 hours per week

Tenure: Permanent

Annual Leave: 30 days, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure (pro-rata for part-time)
