Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily warehouse operations while meeting all targets and maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and hygiene.
  • Utilize Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Low Level Order Pickers (LLOP), High Level Order Pickers (HLOP), Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT), and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
  • We welcome applications for Full Time, Part Time, and Flexible roles, including those with specific scheduling needs. We are open to adjusting work hours to accommodate successful candidates' personal situations.
  • Commuting to one of our operational sites is required for each shift.
  • Ensure that the assigned operation meets daily targets by completing tasks to the highest quality standards.
  • Prioritize health and safety for yourself and colleagues by adhering to all relevant procedures and safe working practices.
  • Engage in loading, picking, packing, and unloading tasks, which may involve lifting heavy items.
  • Carry out manual handling tasks safely using pallet trucks and other mechanical handling equipment.
  • Prepare orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring the highest quality levels.
  • Verify picked stock and assembled loads before dispatch.
  • Utilize various systems, including handheld devices and voice picking technology.
  • Support operational efficiency and maintain general housekeeping and hygiene standards within the warehouse.
  • Maintain personal hygiene and appearance to a professional standard at all times.
