Job Summary:
Berry Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join their team at a reputable Estate and Lettings Agency in the King's Lynn area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial tasks.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of financial transactions and documents, utilizing accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
- Support payroll processing and related tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports as required, providing valuable insights to management.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department, handling tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- AAT Qualification (minimum Level 2) or equivalent experience in accounting.
- Proven experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- A valid driving license, with a reliable means of transportation.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £15 per hour, dependent on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
