We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Administrator to join our team at Ricoh. As a key member of our Supply Chain Operations team, you will be responsible for providing full administration support to the reverse logistics function.
Key Responsibilities- Administer the recovery of customer-owned stock and spare parts to ensure timely collection from the end user or engineer.
- Handle product returns efficiently, including managing customer returns, processing returned items, and ensuring appropriate disposition.
- Track and manage inventory levels of field service engineers, optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing costs associated with excess inventory.
- Provide responsive and effective customer service for return-related inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Analyze return patterns and other relevant data to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and customer/stakeholder experience enhancements.
- Control the system receipt for customer-owned stock and spare parts to ensure system and cost reporting accuracy.
- Process return requests from engineers to ensure the timely return of customer-owned stock.
- Update inventory records to reflect returned goods and manage engineer inventory levels of returned or excess products.
- Resolve all ITS reverse logistics queries in a timely manner to ensure an efficient service is being delivered.
- Experience of end-to-end processes in a supply chain environment.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to make decisions independently.
- Good analytical skills.
- PC literate - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to collate data and report findings in required format.
- Ability to prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
