Role Summary:

The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and completion of IT and business systems initiatives. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are properly governed and resourced to deliver anticipated benefits across various operational streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and lead project management methodologies
  • Initiate and sanction new IT initiatives
  • Oversee multiple simultaneous IT projects
  • Guarantee successful project execution and realization of benefits
  • Manage project financials
  • Select and supervise project personnel
  • Facilitate Steering Committee and Project Review Meetings
  • Engage effectively with senior leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT Project Management
  • Background in a Professional Services setting
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Prince2)
  • Proficient in financial management and budgeting
  • Experience across all organizational tiers
  • Management of project resources, stakeholders, and external suppliers
  • Degree-level education
